how to coock crepes

The Making:

Firstly we put the flour, the sugar, the milk and the eggs in the bowl and then we mix with the Electric Mixer.

When we finish mixing we heat up the vitro ceramic and then we put a frying pan in them.

Then, wen the frying pan is hot we put a little bit of butter and we move the frying pan.

Next we take the mixture and we put a little bit in the frying pan and we scatter by all the frying pan. When the mixture is mostly hot we put a little bit of marmalade or chocolate... and we close in the frying pan then we put the crepe in a tray and the crepes are finish
